Chemicals of Concern

We ban all substances listed under the EU Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), which include:

Carcinogens, Mutagens, Reproductive toxins (CMR 1a & 1b)
Persistent, Bioaccumulative and Toxic (PBT) substances
Very Persistent and Very Bioaccumulative (vPvB) substances
Endocrine Disruptors

 

Ingredients Strictly Prohibited in Our Products

All Sulfates (as surfactants)
All Parabens
Formaldehyde & Formaldehyde Releasers
(e.g., 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1,3-diol, DMDM Hydantoin, Imidazolidinyl urea, Quaternium-15, Sodium hydroxymethylglycinate, etc.)
Benzalkonium Chloride
Triclosan / Triclocarban
Methylchloroisothiazolinone (MCI) & Methylisothiazolinone (MI)
All Phthalates
Plastic Microbeads (smaller than 5mm, used for exfoliating or cleansing in rinse-off products)
